This is for acute situations where you or your animal need immediate support. Using specific techniques, I tune into you or your animal, scan for imbalances, and realign the body energetically. I prepare for you a pre and post session personalised Bach Flower remedy, with instructions on how to take, and a follow up personal email a week after the session.  Sessions are carried out on Whatsapp video and last up to 30 min.  This does not replace medical or veterinarian treatments. 

To keep on top of an ongoing challenge for you or your animal, you'll receive the same as the one off session, plus one refill and new remedy if necessary. 4 personalised weekly checkin emails with 2 replies per email. ​For things that wont budge, for you and or your animal, and need deeper investigation, you will receive as before, plus Coaching and EFT used during the sessions to uncover and release deeper roots of the cause and directions to follow. 8 personalised weekly checkins with 2 replies per email. 4 remedy refills or new remedies if necessary. This will help to uncover old patterns and instil new programming for health and wellbeing.

This is a complete overhaul of physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You will be taken on a journey of 12 intensive weekly sessions, ​12 personal emails (one a week) with up to 4 replies per email. 6 remedies, refills and new remedies if needed.
