I will set the foundation for the your journey, teach you mindfulness techniques and practices that will help to build trust and confidence between you and your animal. You can get on going support via 1-2-1 coaching calls when you encounter struggles.

Join my community and gain on going support, reductions on 1-2-1 coaching, reductions on courses, workshops and retreats. You will also have access to monthly group coaching sessions, specific courses posted monthly, q&a sessions, meditations, and an animal bonding circle all in a private facebook group for members only. Everything you need to be successful - £45 per month, leave any time.

Have you just taken in a new rescue? Are you struggling to connect? Finding it difficult to understand thier behaviours? I can support you through the first 5 weeks to help you connect, understand each other and build trust. You will get a personalised assessment and guidance over a 60-90 minute session (worth £150), 1 coaching session a week (worth £85 a session) to ask questions and monitor progress, ongoing email support throughout the five weeks and an option to join the monthly membership program for ongoing support. Coaching is a valuable support system. I can help you with your specific challenges and to understand your animal, their needs and the considerations that can help to foster trust and partnerships.

I can support you with your mindfulness practice, times when you get stuck and need to talk things through. It can be a lifeline . Through the monthly membership you will get access to a reduced rate for coaching.
